To serve the religious and educational needs of the young people of Romblon by fostering a deep personal faith in Jesus Christ manifested by their LOYALTY to the CHURCH, a life to SERVE to others and EXCELLENCE in pursuit of personal maturity and community leadership.
HRA's History
1978 – The Most Reverend Nicolas M. Mondejar, the first Bishop of Romblon, laid and blest the cornerstone of the first diocesan school.
1979 – A school building was completed. Invitation to administer the school was rejected by St. Paul Sisters of Manila but was accepted by the Dominican Sisters of Molo, Iloilo City.
1980 – The school opened with a government permit for the operation of complete secondary.
1982 – HRA was granted full government recognition to offer a complete secondary curriculum.
1982-1995 – HRA was administered by the Dominican Sisters of Molo. Some diocesan priests have been assigned as Director like the late Msgr. Warlito Cajandig (former Bishop of Calapan), the late Fr. Elly Tavaro and Fr. Nestor Watin.
1995 – (July) – The Dominican Sisters of Molo gave the administration of the school. Thus, the Diocese of Romblon, the owner, fully administered the school through a full-pledged director.
2003 – A pre-school was opened.
2003 to date – HRA offers pre-school, junior and senior high school programs.
